Michael Enright Jr.

I grew up in North Reading, Massachusetts, a small town where you get to know a lot of different types of people. My father has been in the financial services business for over 40 years, and I always had an interest in finance and helping people. After earning my Bachelor's degree in Finance from Merrimack College and working at American Tower, I joined my father's practice six years ago. Working together has been a great dynamic and has brought us closer over the years.

I started my career right before COVID hit, which was quite an introduction to this business. Going through that period showed me just how important this work is, especially during hard and stressful times when people need guidance and stability. That experience shaped how I think about client relationships and what people need from their advisor when things get uncertain.

My role as Financial Services Representative involves managing the practice, working with our staff, and servicing our clients. I focus primarily on financial planning and wealth management, which allows us to tie everything in someone's financial life into a roadmap they can follow and adjust as they work with us. What keeps me motivated is doing great work for our clients and helping them reach their financial goals. Being someone they can rely on matters to me.

I've always had the gift of gab, so being able to have good conversations every day is what I enjoy most about this job. What I find most interesting about working with clients is how different everyone is from a personality perspective, but at the end of the day, most of them want the same thing: to feel heard and to know they're on the right track. I think my clients would describe me as personable, intelligent, and calm.

I live in Watertown, Massachusetts, which is a very diverse town with more restaurants than I've seen just about anywhere. When I'm not working, I'm probably on a golf course. Golf is my favorite hobby and has been a great way to both keep and build friendships and relationships. I'm also part of a networking group, which keeps me connected to the broader business community.
